    Study in Norway from Bangladesh

    Learn the complete admission process for studying in Norway for Bangladeshi students, including eligibility, documents, language tests, and application steps.

    Step 1: Choose Your Course and University

    Start by selecting an English-taught bachelor’s or master’s program offered by Norwegian public universities. Carefully review course content, entry requirements, and application deadlines before applying.

    Step 2: Check Academic Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s programs: HSC alone is usually not enough. Additional higher education may be required depending on national entry criteria.
  • Master’s programs: A relevant bachelor’s degree, usually four years or equivalent, is required. Some programs may accept specific three-year degrees.
  • Competitive grades and subject-specific prerequisites are important for admission.
    • Step 3: Meet Language Requirements

    Most English-taught programs in Norway require proof of English proficiency.

  • IELTS Academic with a typical overall score of 6.5
  • TOEFL iBT with scores set by individual universities
  • PTE Academic or Cambridge English accepted by some institutions
  • Exemptions may apply based on previous English-medium education

  • Valid passport
  • Academic transcripts and certificates

    Step 6: Receive Admission Offer

    After evaluation, universities issue admission offers to selected students. Offers may be conditional or unconditional and must be accepted within the given deadline.

    What Happens After Admission?

    Once you receive your admission letter, you can proceed with student residence permit application, financial planning, accommodation arrangements, and travel preparation.
